• Student Led Data Tracking

    Students at Arlington Middle School also track their achievement and growth individually in a shared OneNote with their teacher.  The teacher will load individual student information into their digital notebook and then students can clearly locate their strengths and weaknesses.  

    Using Data to Drive Instruction

    Formative and summative assessments can range from a quick traditional assessment to video reflections where a student uses their voice to prove what they learned or to teach other students. The ability to use the iPad for these assessments means the options are endless for how one can provide such data to the teacher. The best part about using technology intentionally during these assessments is that we are able to allow students to employ their own learning style and creativity while giving them a voice to show off their abilities.
