• Teaching Each Other to Fish

Some of the most meaningful and memorable learning can occur when you are sharing your knowledge with someone else. At AMS, teachers and leaders work to build up peers and students as experts in small areas with the intention and expectation of them, then sharing that knowledge with someone else. Whether building up another colleague as a new teacher leader or guiding a student to be able to turn around have the knowledge, patience, and ability to turn around and show a peer how to do what they themselves have just learned to do, we are working to build a culture of leaders that want to share with the community around them.
